These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of our Apps (Translator and Phrase Book) offered by Shoreline Animation. Please read them carefully before using them. By using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't unconditionally agree to all of the Terms, then you must immediately discontinue use of the service. If you are using this App on behalf of an organization (such as your employer), you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization, and are indicating that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Auto Renewing Subscriptions

For auto renewing subscriptions following terms apply: 1. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. 2. The Subscription will automatically renew as defined by Apple App store account unless auto-renew is turned off in your iTunes account setting at least 24-hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes account setting and managed your subscription and turn off auto-renewal after purchase. 3. Your iTunes account will be charged as defined by Apple App store after purchase confirmation and for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. 4. Any unused portion of a free trial period, will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed. 5. You can cancel a free trial or subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your iTunes account settings. This must be done 24 hours before the end of a free trial or subscription period to avoid being charged. When the current subscription period ends, you will be downgraded to the free service. Your Responsibilities You may use our App only if you are 13 years or older. You are allowed to access and use the Services only if you are legally permitted to do so via the laws of your jurisdiction, including laws regarding minimum age requirements. You acknowledge that use of the Services requires internet connection and data usage charges by your wireless provider.

General Prohibitions

You agree not to do any of the following: Interfere with, our network infrastructure, security including flooding, spamming. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable your account, at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider any of your content to be objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law. Copyright Policy We respect copyright law and expect you to do the same. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by cancelling your subscription in Apple App Store/Devices. Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, Site or your account at any time, for any reason (without cause or for your violation of any term of this Agreement), and without warning or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable. All provisions of the Terms of Use which, by their nature, should survive termination, shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Warranty Disclaimers

Shoreline Animation’s do not represent or warrant that Content available on or from the Service are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free or that the Services are free other harmful components and, accordingly, you should exercise caution in the use and downloading or use of same. You download, access or otherwise obtain Content from the Service at your own discretion and risk and you are solely responsible for your use thereof, and any damages to your computing device, and any loss of data, and any other damage or harm of any kind, that may result therefrom.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Company, its parent company, subsidiaries, and officers harmless (including, without limitation, from all damages, liabilities, settlements, costs and legal fees) from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your access to the Service and use of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SHORELINE ANIMATION AND ITS PARENT COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR Apps, (III) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICES, (IV) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (V) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF our service.
